Please note that once you have confirmed and paid for your order, NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS can be made. If you cancel, your payment will be forfeited. If you disagree with our policy or care in detail about the condition of the used products, please do not purchase.

No Reserve for any item, unless 30% downpayment. (Non-Refundable). We will hold the item for 3 days only.

For any pre-order items, we will need an upfront deposit payment of 50% (bag price). We will inform buyer when the bags arrives (approximately 2.5 - 3 weeks from payment date). Buyer will have to pay the remaining balance 50% of bag price to complete order.

Delivery Method

For shipping within Malaysia, we normally use Poslaju services. Customer can request us to use certain private courier company. Extra charges will be borne by buyer.

All goods are in stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment (Monday to Friday only). We pack professionally using multiple layers of tissue paper, bubble-wrap, strong boxes and clearly marked the item as 'FRAGILE'.

Upon delivery, Pos Laju tracking code will be e-mailed to you for your convenience. Delivery status can be checked via Pos Malaysia website. Delivery process normally takes 2 to 3 working days depending on location.

* In the unfortunate and unlikely event that loss or damage occurs during transit, theperfectsteal shall be not held responsible or liable.
